Shipping Policy

Our shipping is quite simple!  We strive to get everything sent to you ASAP.

For in stock items, they will ship the same business day if the order is placed by the deadline listed by the countdown timer on each product.
For items that are arriving soon, we expect to ship your package within 48h. We will ship items as soon as they are available unless you prefer to receive the entire package at once.

  • Total Order Over $40 = Free Priority Mail USPS Shipping (2-3 Delivery Time)
  • Total Order Under $40 = Flat Rate $7.95 Priority Mail USPS Shipping
  • Tracking information included on all shipments (must provide valid email address)
  • Shipping Upgrades available 
    • USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days)
    • FedEx (our account or yours)
    • In-Store pickup
    • Or call us for Alternate Shipping (ie DHL, UPS etc)
  • Tracking information included on all shipments (must provide valid email address)

Due to selling across multiple platforms (ie online, in store etc), our inventory is constantly turning over so there may be times when items listed as in stock may have just sold out. We work hard to limit these situations and will always be in touch if there are any unanticipated delays.

Special Situations:

International Orders
We are currently not shipping internationally. We will begin doing so soon. Stay tuned.

Drop Shipments
Occasionally we will have the manufacturer ship directly to you. This may occur to save time, cost of freight or for simplification (some items are oversized or not in regular stock, etc). We will provide tracking information and facilitate any returns etc.

From time to time, items will be available for sale prior to their release date. We will post the expected shipping date of the item on the site and begin to ship in the order in which we received confirmed payment from customers. You are welcome to cancel the order at any time if you wish to “jump in line early” and change your mind much closer to the release date. The release date itself can be variable based on when the manufacturer ships the item to us, etc.  Please don’t hesitate to call us for updates.

From time to time, popular items go on backorder. This happens for a multitude of reasons like manufacturers having issues with part suppliers or factory issues or even product assembly delays due to other products taking priority. We work closely with each manufacturer to limit these delays and will inform you of the most likely target shipping date. Orders will be accepted for these items and can be canceled at any time.

Terms & Conditions

  • Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states, Canada, US Territories, APO & FPO addresses
  • Excludes PO Boxes (if using FedEx & UPS), Hotels & Resorts
  • Must be an "Authorized Alternative Shipping Address" per your credit card
  • Expedited shipping requests will be charged appropriate rates
  • In-Store pickups require valid Photo ID
  • No changes in shipping address after order has been placed
  • No Handling Fees
  • We consider any damaged or missing package our fault and we will take care of it. We would be grateful for photo evidence and we will sort the return and exchange.
