Upon receiving your equipment we highly recommend you carefully inspect all of your items. Should anything be wrong please contact us and we will do our best to make it hassle-free.
- Received the wrong product? We will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We promise to always make up for our mistakes and will therefore fully cover return shipping as well as include expediting a replacement!
- Defective Item? Let us know right away and we will get you a fully functioning one ASAP and facilitate the return.
- Never opened the package? You have 120 days after original date of purchase to return any unopened item in original packaging for full refund. Just reach out to us and prepare to pay for return shipping.
- Changed your mind? Not satisfied with the item and haven’t used it? You have up to 60 days to return it unused and with all original manufacturer packaging. Just reach out to us and prepare to pay for return shipping.
- You will always have the option on how to receive your refund. You can choose anything from item exchange, store credit, or money back via original purchase method (ie credit or paypal). Our only rule is that the original payer source will need to be E-Refunded therefore please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect in your account.

- ALL returns require original manufacturer's labeled packaging, including all original unused & unopened materials such as manuals, blank warranty cards, books, CD’s, DVD’s and Video Tapes. (Due to copyright laws these cannot be opened)
- Item must be in new condition and never immersed in water
- Unless we made the mistake, you pay shipping and handling charges
- No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements
